A posteriori, malgré la pluralité de cheminements, d'approches, de terrains, que j'ai d'ailleurs toujours vécu comme stimulante, il est pourtant possible de mettre en évidence la cohérence, la continuité voire l’imbrication des problématiques au cœur de mes activités de chercheure. Qu'il s'agisse des processus identitaires ou des mobilités spatiales, c'est à travers la figure de l'Etranger, de l'Autre  emblématique, que je cherche à analyser l'équilibre je-nous, individu-société et les rapports entre nous et les autres, afin de comprendre l'articulation de l'individuel et du collectif dans la pluralité des rapports de pouvoir. Comment celles et ceux qui vivent dans plusieurs mondes à la fois  organisent, combinent les différentes logiques, différentes normes, souvent d'ailleurs contradictoires - pour donner un sens à leurs conduites?

In retrospect, despite the plurality of paths, approaches and topics, which I have always experienced as stimulating, it is nevertheless possible to highlight the coherence, continuity and even interweaving of the issues at the heart of my activities as a researcher. Whether it is a question of identity processes or spatial mobilities, it is through the figure of the Stranger, of the emblematic Other, that I seek to analyze the balance between the individual and society and the relationships between us and others, in order to understand the articulation of the individual and the collective in the plurality of power relations. How do those who live in several worlds at the same time organize and combine different logics, different norms, often contradictory, to give meaning to their behavior?
